Our Mission

The Mind and Motion Society exists to create a supportive community where University of Calgary students can prioritize their mental and physical wellness. We believe that a healthy mind and body are essential for academic success and personal fulfillment.

Through interactive workshops, fitness activities, and community events, we provide students with practical tools and supportive connections to navigate the challenges of university life while maintaining their overall well-being.
